How long does shipping take for my order?

We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery usually takes between 3 to 7 business days across India.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a hassle-free 7-day return and exchange policy. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

How do I find the right shoe size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. We recommend measuring your foot length in centimeters and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

Are Bacca Bucci products covered by a warranty?

Yes, we provide a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.
